Galfan Coated Gabion Box Filled With Stone As Retaining Wall Fence
Introduction
Gabion mesh is a mesh structure woven from high-corrosion-resistant and high-strength steel wires, filled with stones or other hard materials inside, commonly used in slope support, river protection and other engineering projects.

Material
Mainly includes galvanized steel wire, zinc-aluminum alloy steel wire, stainless steel alloy steel wire and PVC-coated steel wire. Among them, galvanized steel wire has low cost, zinc-aluminum alloy steel wire has strong corrosion resistance, stainless steel alloy steel wire has good durability, and PVC-coated steel wire can further enhance corrosion resistance.

Specification
The commonly used wire diameter is 2.0-4.0mm, the commonly used mesh size includes 60×80mm, 80×100mm, etc. The size of the gabion box is generally 1-6m in length, 0.5-2m in width and 0.15-2m in height, which can be customized according to engineering requirements.
Production Process
Woven by hexagonal twisting, the process is as follows: raw material selection (steel wire rod) — cold drawing/galvanizing/coating — machine weaving — manual cutting and assembly — product inspection — packaging and transportation.

Features
It has the advantages of safety, durability, ecological friendliness, water permeability and integrity. As a flexible structure, gabion mesh can adapt to foundation deformation, with strong seismic and impact resistance. It also has good water permeability, which can ensure the natural exchange between surface water and groundwater. Plants can grow inside it, achieving the harmonious unity of structure and environment.
Application Fields
Widely used in slope support, foundation pit support, river regulation, dike reinforcement and other engineering projects, it can also be used in landscape engineering, such as making flower beds and walls.
